But here I am going to talk about a song which is very close to my heart and I think it is liked by every Indian as well.

This is one of the greatest patriotic songs of the country.

The song name is "Ae mere Watan Ke logo" which was sung by legendary singer lata Mangeshkar.

First time I listened to this song a few years back on television on independence day.

When I heard it I got emotional and almost tearful.

The writer penned the song after the 1962 Indo-China war, as a tribute to the soldiers who died defending the country.

This is a very emotional song. It expresses how our soldiers fought till their last breath.

In the Battleground to save our region.

The song appeals to the people of India to remember those martyrs who did not return home.

Whenever I listen to this song I feel proud. And this creates a sense of patriotism.
