I have many friends who are intelligent, honest and have a good sense of humor.
But here I would like to talk about one of my friends who is much passionate about his/her health and I want to adopt his healthy lifestyle habits.
His name is Rajinder. He is a health-conscious person.
He gets up early in the morning and goes for a morning walk daily.
And in the evening time, he never skips his gym exercise.
His physic is very athletic and the main thing behind it is his exercise and well-maintained diet.
He never eats any junk and outside food.
I vividly remember last month we got together at a marriage.
There were so many mouth-watering dishes.
But he didn't taste a single dish, except for fruit juice.
When I asked him about this, he simply said my body is my temple and I don't want to spoil my body by in taking unhealthy food.
His reply made me think about the importance of a healthy body and make me curious about being fit.
From that time, I started to take a healthy diet and avoid taking junk food.
But It is really hard for me to give up yummy fast food completely.
My friend also suggests I should take a diet that contains proteins and vitamins.
I hope, soon I will obtain all his healthy habits.
