Describe a town or city where you would like to live in the future cue card

1. Do Indian people like barbecue?

Yes, Indian people are fond of eating.

Due to cultural and traditional diversity, people barbecue in different ways in different regions.

Mostly in the North Indian side, people use Tandoor as a barbecue which is a cylindrical clay oven heated with charcoal or wood.

But South Indian people wrap food in banana leaves and cooked it with the flame of coal.

2. What kind of food do you like to eat for barbeque?

Being vegetarian I have an immense love for vegetarian barbeque recipes.

Mushroom tikka is my favourite prepared with marinated mushroom and grilled in a hot tandoor for an extra juicy and crunchy taste.

Besides, Steamed moms are very popular but for me nothing like tandoori momos. they are unbelievable in taste.

3. Would you like to have a barbeque with your family or your friends?

Yes,  I think in a busy life, barbeques are the best way to spend quality time with friends and family.

Once or sometimes twice a month me and my friends get together in one of my friend’s farmhouse where we enjoy the meals that are prepared on the barbecue.

4. Did you have barbeque when you were a child?

Yes, we had.  I vividly remember when I was a child my grandmother cooked a special meal in the tandoor.
She often prepared delicious veg biryani.

Whenever I talked about my grandmother I recall the memory of those beautiful barbecue days.
My grandmother had a great experience of cooking.
