Describe a risk you have taken which had a positive result.

Taking risks is one of the most important keys to achieve success. 

In our life, we have to take risks under various circumstances in which some proves beneficial while others disappoint us. 

I also take risks in my life to observe several things but here I want to share one of my experience when I took a risk and got a positive result. 

It was the time when a district level volleyball competition was held in our town. 

Our school team also participated in it. 

All the tournaments were going well and our team was winning all the league matches. 

In the semifinal match, I got injured and my ankle started to pain but still, we won the match. 

My doctor gave me medicine and advised me to take rest because I was feeling pain and swelling in my ankle. 

I was in a dilemma because the next match was the final match and I was the captain of my team If I don't play, then my team’s morals could be down. 

Also, if we win the final match then we get a chance to play at the national level. 

So I took the risk to play in the final match.   

My all teammates were very happy to see me in the ground. 

It was a little difficult for me but I motivated myself and kept playing and earned some points for my team. 

Our team performance was extraordinary and finally, we won the match. 

My teachers and friends appreciated me for the courageous decision that I have taken to play for my team. 

So it was the time when I took a risk and got a positive result.

In our life, we have to take risks under various circumstances in which some proves beneficial while others disappoint us. 

It was the time when I took my uncle into the hospital. 

Last month my uncle who lives in my neighbourhood, he got severe chest pain and the doctor who has a clinic in nearby my home refers him to a big hospital. 

My aunt called me and told me about the whole situation. 

That time I was alone at the home. 

I was very upset and tensed at that time because my family members were out of the station. 

Like a good neighbour, it was my responsibility to help them in a difficult situation Because they have no child. 

I decided to take my uncle in the hospital which is near about 50 kilometres far away from my hometown. 

Moreover, I did not have proper knowledge about driving because I just once or twice drove a car but I decided to go by car to admitting my uncle in the hospital. 

Then, we went by car and during travelling, I faced many difficulties. 

Some cars overtaking me and they were driving fast than me. 

Fortunately, Within one hour we reached at the hospital as well as I admitted to my uncle in the emergency ward. 

The doctors started to diagnose my uncle and they told me that there is a need for an emergency operation. 

After some time, my family members also reached the hospital. 

With the blessings of God, the operation was successful and I thanked God. 

So this was the risk that I took and got a positive result.
