1. In our life, there are many times when we have to cancel our plans due to various reasons.
2. It has rarely happened when the weather changed my plan.
3. But here I am going to talk about a time when I had to cancel my plan due to extreme weather.
4. Last year, on my birthday, my friends and I planned to visit Chandigarh and celebrate my birthday there.
5. That day was cloudy, and we could not imagine that it would rain, but when we reached the bus station, it started raining heavily.
6. We thought we would wait for some time but it was raining for five hours.
7. we could not go anywhere.
8. My house is near to the bus stand, so my friends also had to stuck at my house, because all roads got stuck and water stagnant on roads.
9. But my mother prepared a delicious lunch for us which we enjoyed together.
10. we played a carrom board.
11. In the evening time, my mother baked a cake for me and made some snacks.
12. I cut the cake and celebrate my birthday.
13. We danced together.
14. My friends made that day memorable for me.
15. We also clicked a myriad photographs that we uploaded on social sites.
16. Although we could not go to Chandigarh, we had a fun time together.
17. Due to waterlogging, my friends could not able to go to their homes.
18. So that was the day when the weather changed our plans.
