In this technical era, it is impossible to imagine our life without smartphones because we have become dependent on them. 

In our daily life, we use it for many purposes like chatting, calling, paying bills, online transactions and playing video games also. 

Here I would like to talk about a time when I used my mobile phone to do something very important. 

Last month, I went to Amritsar with my friend by car. 

We were enjoying ourselves a lot during travelling suddenly we saw that one man met with an accident, he got struck by a bike and was badly injured. 

No one stopped there to help him, then we stopped our car and called the ambulance. 

Fortunately, the ambulance reached within 10 minutes. 

They took him to the hospital. We found his mobile phone and then we called his family members. 

We and they also reached the hospital.

After that, we returned his mobile phone to his family members. 

At that time I realized the importance of smartphones. 

The doctor appreciated our courage and told us that If we had delayed a little more, the patient's life would have been in danger.

His family members thanked us.

My friend and I felt happy for helping someone. 

We reached late night at our destination 

But I think we should give priority to helping someone instead of anything else.

So this was the time when I used my mobile phone for something important.
